In high school, Madison was a standout player, earning All-Conference and All-County honors all four years. She was named Carroll County Times Player of the Year in 2014 and 2015, Baltimore Sun’s All-Metro Player of the Year in 2015, and later honored as the Carroll County Times Softball Player of the Decade in 2020—all while leading her team to back-to-back state championships.
Her playing career continued at the Division I level with Hofstra University, where she competed at the highest stage of collegiate softball. Off the field, Madison has invested in her coaching expertise, holding Motor Preference Level I & II certifications as well as Foster Fastpitch certification.
