Her playing career continued at the Division I level with Hofstra University, where she competed at the highest stage of collegiate softball. Off the field, Madison has invested in her coaching expertise, holding Motor Preference Level I & II certifications as well as Foster Fastpitch certification.

Currently, she also serves as a coach for Team USA’s Central-Atlantic Region 14U team, where she guided her athletes to a silver medal finish at the 2025 All-American Games. With her proven experience, advanced certifications, and passion for the game, Madison knows what it takes to bring out the very best in athletes—on and off the field.

  • Your strengths, your style, your legacy

Our coaches are Motor Preference certified, bringing next-level training that’s built around YOU and how your body moves best. Grounded in neuro-biomechanics, Motor Preferences tailor training to align with your body’s natural strengths. MPE tecniques are implemented in the top softball and baseball programs in the country, including the University of Oklahoma, Duke, Soutch Carolina, MLB athletes, and more.

  • Proven to perform

Our 1-on-1 lessons go beyond the basics—creating a detailed player profile and designing training that’s best for you and your body. The cutting-edge research behind MPE has been proven to help athletes optimize performance, maximize efficiency, and reduce their risk of injury up to 70%.

  • The science behind success

The human brain is lateralized and naturally favors more dominant areas, making some movements feel effortless while others require extra effort and energy. Building a strong profile for each of our athletes makes it possible to focus on their natural qualities and strengths while limiting training that is far from their non-dominant qualities.

  • Next-level mentality

With the help of Motor Preferences, we empower our athletes to…

    - TRUST THEIR GAME, reducing overthinking and reacting instinctively on the field.

    - PLAY WITH CONFIDENCE, building control, belief, and consistent high-level performance with their own unique style

    - ADAPT LIKE A PRO, understanding your profile allows quick adjustments in any situation, making athletes more resilient and competitive.
